Thankyou dreamy, I appreciate your help on this. I did some research on the actual survey company last night and it would appear that it is a legit company and many people have signed up with them and they are deemed to be safe. As much as any if these sites are I guess.

I didn't know what a VPN was and what information they could obtain from my phone hence the reason I asked in the first place as I didn't want to just accept willy nilly so I appreciate your help.

Stupid, stupid daily survey from toluna on cars that I got 20 minutes into, they now know the ins and outs of both cars in our household. Got to the make of tyres and got disqualififed. I don't usually moan about it, because I understand that it sometimes happens, but after ALL the HUGE amounts of information I put it, it really is stupid. I've now been plowing through for over an hour trying to get a daily. NOT IMPRESSED.

Yes, there have been down times before. When Encrave disappeared before, they didn't even have the radio and there were no surveys whatsoever.

There will always be up times and down times but I don't think we are particularly seeing a down time right now.

Apparently, the radio is being tweaked and hasn't gone completely.
Encrave always goes up and down.

They need to get the advertisers and to get those, they need to show an active membership. The only way they can do that is by testing with one or two videos and getting people to watch them. It's not a sign of desperation, it's just an advertisers way of testing the site for viability. If people don't watch them, then we won't get full encrave back.

Other surveys are plentiful. I've never seen so many.

Offers are same as they have always been. Just that the longer you use the site it might seem there are less because we end up doing a chunk of them.

The only real downer that has changed for the worse is the orange videos that have gone from 1SB each to 1SB for 2 or 3 videos. But again, that about advertising and Swagbucks will try to eke it out to keep people busy and on the site.

I don't believe there is anything to worry about just yet. My 000,s are still in my account, put it that way

Submit a ticket to Swagbucks support as soon as possible.
They will reply to you later this evening and might very well issue you the full amount.

You don't need the survey number or anything. Just fill out the form as best as you can remember and let them know what happened.

Even if you only get 10 courtesy bucks, it's better than nothing

Thank you. I just needed a rant I think, I went back on and got a daily on tabacoo, yay. I completed it, filled in my address at the end and then got the we're sorry page again, so this time I've filled in a ticket.

Oh well, onwards and all that
