Do you mean RadioLoyalty? If yes you don't get confirmation and SB are credited usually within few minutes, sometimes it can take up to an hour.

Once you have entered the captcha on the Radio, the swagbucks will be awarded an hour later.

They do not appear in your account straightaway.
