Me too, having previously got one that paid out 5 when it said 12. I considered it karmic.

Anyone having problems with GfK surveys? It was the second time when I was doing 20 minutes one with 67 SB and at the end of the survey (after about 15 minutes) it stated that I don't fill the criteria for the survey... I can understand if it says at the start of any survey but why after wasting so much time? And of course no SB

Send in a ticket, the customer support usually are really nice and gives you all the points

Two instant surveys, a daily and a couple of rounds of SBTV and I've hit both targets in under an hour.

Will definitely be looking out for the instant survey box on the homepage in future!
