Can someone help me please. I have been using Radio Loyalty, or whatever it was called, for the last couple of days but there was a link that I was clicking on from my home page. This link has gone and I cannot find the Radio despite trawling through the site. Where do I find it?

Has anyone worked out how to turn down (or mute!) the volume on the app? I have my phone on silent but they are still very loud...

"Discover" (at the top of homepage screen) then "special offers" then "radio loyalty" tab

My phone is on silent and the app doesn't make any noise! Maybe you need to check the settings?

It's in the Discover section, click Discover on the toolbar and on the page that comes up it's a tab on the left hand side of the tool bar that appears
