The box is saying it's 12SB not up to, therefore the surveys crediting different SB are actually wrong.
I've put in tickets before and they have credited the balance to me.
Just because the surveys are crediting differently does not mean this should be the normal behaviour, which is why I raised the issue in the first place. You were trying to make it out like this is what should happen.0 -
Keep an eye on your survey dashboards chaps... I got lucky and had one of the infamous 715 sb surveys that credited instantly.
Good times! :beer:Living thriftilymost of the time

No I wouldn't, but that doesn't make your point about "defrauding" SB valid.0 -

I think the difference is they actually contacted the staff and the staff agreed with them. I think if there was an expectation where 12 Swagbucks weren't guaranteed, the staff would state that when asked. I'm not saying either side is wrong but I think it doesn't hurt to ask for confirmation on how these new surveys should work. I contact staff if there is a problem with Daily Surveys for example. Staff credit me the full 70SB in cases where the error was on the side of the survey distributor.
I completed one of those homepage surveys the other day but didn't make a note of how much I got from it. Good to know it should actually be minimum 12 SB though according to the staff.0
