Just go into the watch tab and they work fine.

Today is the first day SB has given me a headache and I feel stressed with it. Done the usual dailies, no surveys available, radio captchas working but not crediting.

Eyespy the captchas will work for the radio. They don't credit straight away though. They credit an hour or two later, so it only looks like they don't credit at the time.

If the captcha is accepted, ie the radio restarts after you enter it, then you will get credit for it later that day.
They often credit 3 or 4 at a time.

Just completed a Brain Juicer daily survey on Rugby watching habits - got to the end of the survey and took a screen shot (which I always do as proof), however the survey detected that I had taken a screen shot and brought up a message saying I had contravened its copyright policy and was blacklisted! Be warned.

On Brainjuicers, at the beginning there is a full page of writing where you have to agree or disagree to the terms before you can continue.
It does say on there that you cannot do what you did and you did agree to it.

On that basis, customer support don't usually credit but there are always exceptions.

For your reference you do not ever need a screen shot for any survey (it doesn't serve as proof of anything) and had you not taken one, and it failed to credit, you would have got the full payment.

I just click the play button and it works for me but you can't do anything else on the iPad at the same time I use safari.

I am able to tick all the questions on daily survey most days & still it says SORRY NO!! Is there a reason why I am not getting any daily surveys? Seriously they are rare anyhow but cannot remember the last time I did get anywhere even after going through many other survey pre-questions. Now I am not even getting these.

Try changing the email address that you input for them.

Go to the beginning and where it says "If this is not you, click here" and you can change the address there.
