What does it mean when you complete a dashboard survey and instead of the usual completion page, you get taken back to the main dashboard with a red banner stating:
"Survey results under review"

IMO means you ain't getting the bucks.
Furthermore, because you haven't been 'officially' DQ'd after 100% completion, support will not credit either.
This is my personal experience.
