If you don't get immediate credit for your surveys, you should put a ticket in for them, if you haven't already done so.
Unless it was an invited by email survey which are slightly different and are credited manually 3 or 4 working days later.

Encrave opens on another tab & when not doing that the other surveys, videos, games etc open in a new tab or pop up. I am always fully engaged in each activity I do on swagbucks. It is just that I have noticed that the sb toolbar causes me hassle so I have that only installed in one profile of firefox which I use to do the dailys/games/surveys/videos. I use chrome for encrave only as it seems to work better.

Also I accidentally discovered that if running encrave in discovery mode in Chrome and you alt+tab into firefox, the toolbar tells you when the encrave has finished with the message "Your account balance has been updated"

Not very useful I know as I watch all my encraves!:cool:

When I posted about Encrave and how to work it, did you follow it step by step?
You have to Ctrl+Tab out of it when its on discovery mode otherwise it won't credit.
So then Encrave runs in the background on its own tab while you continue to do other things.

Chrome is the best browser to use for Swagbucks. You can use other browsers for other things at the same time though but don't try running two Swagbucks as you will end up banned.

I don't think that Swagbucks itself is causing any problems, more likely to be something else you have running in the background, such as extensions or applications.

You don't have that Neilson software do you?

If you sign in to two different browsers on the same Swagbucks account, are you doing so at separate times?

No so the banhammer will probably hit me at some point. Mind you I am always logged in via the toolbar on firefox anyway and constantly checking what's crediting etc. Maybe I should limit myself to one sb browser and one gifthulk/inboxpounds browser.
