Me too! But I never remember to take the survey number or screen shot or anything so mine is fairly speculative! Hopefully they still accept it, I have put 2 tickets in before in the same way when they did so fingers crossed.

Thank you Merlin139, that IS helpful! I always give up as the videos seemed to run forever without any change or SBs awarded - I was clearly being impatient!
