I agree, happens quite a lot with the surveys they want a child to complete. Not nice for them to feel as though they've done something wrong.

If anyone gets a Daily Survey about gas boilers and breakdown cover then it may go to "terminated" web page when you finish, at least that's what just happened to me

Not sure what is happening today but second survey to fail. This one has "Terminated" First time I have got that message but I was a millimetre away from 100%. Another ticket! Grrr

OK, I don't know if anyone else is having this problem- but I can't get the daily survey page to do anything. I click start survey and nothing happens at all. Then, about 10 mins later the page says 'my session' is about to time out. I click ok to stay on page and still no surveys will load....

I've done that one and it credited fine.

Hope they get it sorted for you.
