If anyone got kicked out of the Hall & Partners survey about legal companies the other day, here is what Nick (Swagbucks UK) has posted on Facebook:-
"Swagbucks UK i have heard back from Hall & Partners after i raised a query about users getting DQed midway or later through surveys. they said it is because users fail security questions hidden at two points through surveys to test that users are paying attention and being consistent. ie it could say fill in any two of the following, and if you fill in one or three you get DQed. so when you are doing a H&P survey, be very very careful with your answers and you will have a much better chance of success..."
I find this response from Hall & Partners to be at best condescending, at worst a total lie. I have responded by saying that in future I will be 'very very careful with my answers' because I will not undertake another of their surveys again.
Having said that a lot of us have been suddenly credited with 70sb for a Daily Survey which may or may not have been for this H & P surveySwagbucks joined 5th July 2012 - Earned 2012: Amazon - £300 - 2013: Amazon - £610
Neobux - joined 15th April 2013 - Earned 2013 $695 PayPal
2014 - Swagbucks £75 Neobux $102 Clixsense $67
2014 goal £180/6000 -
I did that one but can't remember if I passed or not but I also got an odd 70SB added today too

I tried that, and it takes me back to the page to log in to the survey with a user id.
I've bookmarked the page and emailed swagbucks to see if they can help.0 -
Hall & Partners surveys do often have two hidden questions. One is usually about marbles or something, such as if so and so had 5 marbles and lost 1 how many do they have now? Then the answers are four, three, one, seven etc. Also, there is often three buttons, yes, no and maybe, you have to click maybe.
I believe that is Hall & Partners? I find that most of the 'big' companies have trick questions hidden in, best to actually pay attention to avoid disqualification. I see lots of people moaning about Hall & Partners ones but it is rare that I get disqualified from one, and that is one on fee paying bank accounts that repeats frequently. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. I agree with you. If you fail at a test point they should tell you straight away and not let you continue through to the end as it is a waste of time.0 -

I wouldn't say they are hidden though. You're trotting along talking about flights/orange squash/whatever and are confronted by a marble question. Threw me the first time - i thought it was a trick riddle or something.
I thought just because he bought five marbles doesn't mean he doesn't have another few at home, so maybe the answer isn't four. I can't tell you how much fretting I've done over that stupid marble question, even though deep down i know i got the right answer.
Oh and another thing. Why can't all surveys be required to tell you the minimum technology platform you can use so you have the option of coming back to it later on a different device. I've lost count of the times i've used the ipad and found out part way through i can't see something because it isn't compatible, and ended up losing that survey. Also waiting for HUGE videos to buffer is very annoying, so compressed videos only.0 -

I am pleased that you've had very little problem with Hall & Partners. I always pay very close attention when doing surveys as I know only too well that trick questions are often included. In all the years that I have been doing surveys it is extremely rare that I get DQd from any survey once my demographics have been accepted. The position in the Hall & Partners Survey where lots of people were disqualified was where you had to say what human attributes you would associate with three legal companies. I don't know if a trick question could be placed in a page like that as I don't see how it could be linked to any previous answers. I never used to have a problem with surveys from that company - they were always long-winded, but always concluded satisfactorily and it's only in the past few months that there seems to have been issues.Swagbucks joined 5th July 2012 - Earned 2012: Amazon - £300 - 2013: Amazon - £610
