    Yup, but I put a ticket in the other day and got 5sb - not that that is anywhere near how many points I keep missing out on.

    might be worth running the free version from malwarebytes.org to scan your computer as some of those flash popup's can be from (or made more common) by maleware already on your computer that many anti virus programs don't detect as they are not a virus.
