Try it just after 8am. It seems to start working around 8.05am and end at some point before 6pm. I sometimes catch it when I have a day off from work.

What do you do if a survey breaks right at the very end and you don't get any points for it and you're fairly sure you aren't going to get any. I don't know what the survey name was now as it's gone from my dashboard. Should I just write it off?

Contact swagbucks every single time a survey breaks, with as much information as you can about the survey. They will often credit you 'as a gesture of goodwill'.

Thanks, I'l do that. It's the first time one has broken right at the end, very annoying.

Yes, because when you are going to it, there are no activities available.

It's been finishing earlier in the day for the last few weeks, and this new Encrave we have at the moment (started a week ago nearly) is on and off during the day, but is generally going off quite early.

There is no Swagbucks app for UK users. We can't access the encrave/video content on our mobiles/tablet due to restrictions.

What do you mean by "survey that breaks"? Do you mean it just goes to a blank screen or is it going to a 1 swagbuck announcement page?

I had completed the whole survey and the survey stopped working right at the end. So I didn't get the survey completed screen just a message that something had gone wrong.

If it was Peanut Labs, check balance. I get these a lot, but usually credits instantly.
