Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
No sign of the wonder survey for me, or any others - I think today might be one of those days when I just have to give up, as I can't see anything that's going to get me anywhere near my target without spending hours dragging through Encrave like I did yesterday. :(
Back after a very long break!

I did a trialpay offer for Noistalgia Casino. Download the software, create an account and deposit £1 and it credits the 515sb instantly.

Then to close your account just click contact us in the software and ask for the account to be closed. Worked out pretty well in the end for me. Although still aggrieved I finished the 609sb with screenshot confirmation but have not been credited. Emailed support so lets see what happens.

36 pl survey on tv/phone services .... taking 20 to 30 seconds for pages to load so clicked out after 15 mins and and still not 50% way through ... via dinksurveys
  • Me too. Got to the end and nothing. Grr. I wish I'd written down the number to complain

Just to let you know, you don't nee the survey number to send in a ticket and to get credited for it.
Just fill out the ticket with what you remember and that will be enough.

I never add surveys numbers as I don't bother to write them down but you don't need to anyway.

    Hope you get it sorted.

I'm thinking I may close my SwagBucks account if they don't credit me for this survey plus the other two Peanut Lab and Trial pay rewards I'm owed. Question is, how long should I wait?

Still waiting for the following all with emails sent and tickets raised:

Survey - 609sb (Waiting since today)(Supposed to credit instantly)
PeanutLabs - 1632sb (Waiting since 24th July)(Supposed to credit instantly)
TrialPay - 2140sb (Waiting since 1st August)(Supposed to credit instantly)

Grand total = 4381sb (£25 of Amazon vouchers)

Plus I had to send three emails for two different 70sb surveys last week which failed to credit properly.

Not a happy chappy at all.

    P.S.
I have done all the usual cookie and cache clearing stuff.

When you say you have sent in emails, who are you emailing?

The dailies that haven't credited, for instance, if they don't credit immediately (or wait an hour or so) then you click on Contact Support and send a ticket in.
The usually reply the same day and will credit it you the same day too.

The offers you have done such as the William Hill one should have been instant, as I said before.
Have you sent in tickets to Peanut Labs and Trial Pay? What does it say on your support information for those offer companies and have they written anything back to you about them?

You certainly shouldn't be waiting this long.
Have you done any of the offers before?

We didn't have any Encrave yesterday. Do you mean SBTV? That IS a pain in the rear.

I have raised tickets via the contact support for todays 609sb survey issue and I have a screenshot showing I had finished the survey. So I shall wait and see what happens there.

The William Hill offer via Peanut Labs I did raise a support ticket from the Peanut Labs page on SB. It says "My Transactions" and I clicked this, scrolled down to the offer that did not credit clicked "report a problem" it told me to wait three days I did. No credit so I went back in and this time was given the option of "raising a support ticket" which I did and never heard anything back again. So then I emailed SB customer service who passed it onto Peanut Labs and now I need to wait 7 - 10 business days for a response. I have uploaded a screen shot of the welcome email I got, but that is all I have as proof. They have not responded at all to the query yet. :(

For the Trial Pay issue, I only signed up today and am currently waiting 24hrs to see what happens with the crediting of this amount. I know it says instant, but I shall leave it till tomorrow midday and then raise a support ticket through the Trial Pay helpdesk.

If nothing comes from all of these by the end of the week'ish then I shall email SB customer services directly and ask them what I should do as I am missing out on tons of credits and see if they can help out at all. :(

Oh and I have not done any of the offers before. I only started with SB at the end of July this year.

Fingers crossed for a large pay day at some point this month. :)
