So yesterday I submitted a thingy about the swimming survey, and got two emails back, one saying I'd have to wait 4-6 weeks to see if it credits then another saying they've credited it. If anyone needs the survey number I still have it xGC July: £0/£1200

@lumpyspaceprincess - I wish you luck. People on here do seem to get some compensation. I myself haven't had any compensation or refunds from failures yet. I've just been told they are sorry and to not give up doing other surveys... aaarrrgh!!!!SwagBucks Total July 2014 - £5, SwagBucks Total August 2014 - £650

Yes, it's happening a lot for me at the moment.
Click it off and start again....but don't click on the link to download.
It's malware that can come through on any video/audio application. Sometimes it happens a lot, other times it might not happen for months.
It also effects Encrave, SBTV and the Laptop Guy (him on the homepage at the moment)0 -
I am wondering if Swagbucks has a guide as to when it's earners become 'valuable earners'?
I remember when I first started. Every ticket I sent it was replied to with a generic "We are sorry. Survey companies disqualify for x amount of reasons. etc" or that I would have to wait up to 6 weeks. And nothing would budge them.
Now though, I always get personal replies and I always get full credit.
It's just a thought maybe. I guess it makes sense.0 -

I'm pretty new to SB, I've only ever put 2 tickets in, both resulted in 'personal' responses and both credited in full immediatelyDebt Free I FFEF I Building Savings I 2025 Plan:- Regular Savings £9,000/£10,000

I shall carry on, but I think you may be right. I've only been a member for about a fortnight now.
On another note, I got a 70sb survey completed along with a 40sb survey on my dashboard so I've done my 1st goal for the day. WooHoo!!!SwagBucks Total July 2014 - £5, SwagBucks Total August 2014 - £650 -

Ditto. I'm glad I didn't bust a gut yesterday to make the 40, because today they've decided I need 70 to make a 6 Sb bonus. To put it in perspective, a 7 day streak is worth 25 sb (to me). Most surveys are worth more than that.
Got a feeling they calculate the bonus on a rolling average. Stuff that.0 -

Yeah, my 7day bonus is 25sb and my 31day bonus is 300sb. I naively assumed the goals didn't move. Silly me! Does anyone know if the bonuses (the 7day, 14day, 21 day and 31day) get higher too with the increased goals?SwagBucks Total July 2014 - £5, SwagBucks Total August 2014 - £650
