Anyone any ideas why I can't access Gold surveys? When I click on the link it constantly stays on 'please wait while we prepare your survey' and hangs on that page.

    I am using Safari.

Neither really. Before each task it says to clear your history and cashe, so I thought maybe if I did that it would work. I believe the particular one I was working on last was related to the Crowdflower Extension because you had to make sure it was installed before you started. I installed it yesterday and it worked perfectly.

I've just managed to fix my crowdflower extension problem after about 2-3 days struggling with it. Didn't work on Chrome but it works on Firefox for me.

The Crowdflower extension timer for the 4 tasks I saw just now (searching for microgaming) - it was hidden behind the webpage on the top right - if you scrolled the page down slightly to a certain location (past the menu) you can see the timer ticking down. It must have something to do with the way the webpage is coded as it seems the menu is a floating menu on the webpage.

Oh and by the way, I've never cleared cache etc until today and my tasks all completed and credited fine :) But of course, this is at your own option as I'm too lazy to do it.

When you clear cashe to do the Tasks, do people clear only the internet history/cashe or do they clear the whole computer history etc? I've cleared my internet ones as I was having trouble with Tasks but the problem remains.

For those that do Tasks it's the one where you have to open the website and wait for the timer to count down, but the last few tasks I have done the timer appearing has been very hit and miss. I've restarted the task at least three times and done exactly what is asked, I.e click around the site and onto a menu but still no timer.

I used to do clearing of cache and cookies when things didn't go right with Crowdflower but it never made any difference.
I don't clear them ever now and for the most part, all the tasks are ok.
However, the one you refer to isn't working properly for lots of people, so you're not alone there.

I find the ones with the Crowdflower extension to be the worst ones.
I submit tickets for them everytimes they fail and always get credited.

Hi, long time lurker here & it's about time I came out of lurkdom, lol.

The same thing has happened to me. Was waiting on 3x £5 amazon, one from 26th July, 1st August & one I ordered last night (5th), all verified by email too as normal, refunded today. Very strange, was thinking it may have something to do with the £5 codes, so tried to order a £15 agc when it told me I had to verify my account & wait for the postcard with a code being sent to me. So perhaps they want you to verify too? Very annoying that they're cancelling outstanding orders though, could they not wait til I next applied for a voucher & ask me to verify account then! I've been swagging since 3rd January & have already received £210 in amazon vouchers... & now they want me to verify? Don't get me wrong, I was surprised they hadn't asked me to do it, expected that when I first joined & expected to have to do it at some point, it's just the way they've done this that peeves me off, only applied for the latest £5 last night, could they not have got me when I went to do that, rather than verifying it then refunding?

Ho hum... I'll just keep swagging til my postcard comes.... Hopefully I'll have enough for a £25 agc by then :o

This is the response, that I received from SB today:

    Hello Raimonds,

Thank you for taking the time to write in regarding your Swagbucks account.

Your account has been selected for account verification, and your Rewards may have been refunded as a result.

The next time you redeem a Reward you will be prompted to verify your account by selecting either a mobile or mail verification option.

If you select mobile, you will receive a PIN number within seconds directly to your mobile phone. To complete the verification process, just enter the PIN number into your account in the field provided in the Rewards Store.

If you would like to verify by mail, or if you do not have a phone that works with our system, please first check that your address on your account profile is correct and up to date. If the address we have on file for you is not correct, you can easily edit it at this point simply by clicking the link that says "Edit" by your mailing address. You will then receive a postcard in 7-10 business days in the mail with your unique PIN number.
The next time you attempt to order a Reward you will be prompted to enter your PIN number into the field shown in the Rewards Store at which point your account will be considered "Verified" and you can redeem your Rewards again.

Please note that if you chose the Mail Verification option, any Rewards you may have tried to redeem during the verification process will need to be redeemed again

We do not provide your phone number or mailing address to any third parties, nor do we use it for any purposes besides confirming the authenticity of you as the account holder.

Also, respond back to this email if you need us to reset your verification options for you.

Thanks for your patience and for using Swagbucks.com.

Just paid for my first reward, £25 on PayPal. Figured I'd start using my points up now and the put that £25 in my savings account before I'm tempted to spend it.

Edit - How long does it normally take for them to send you the money?

Just to let you know, if you don't already, that the Paypal vouchers are a lot more than the Amazon vouchers unless you cash in £100 at a time, then they are almost on par.

For £25 Paypal, as an example, you lose £5 that you could have had even if it is in Amazon vouchers.

Cash is much more versatile plus I hate Amazon however the loss of £5 is too much to justify, so I always cash out £100 at a time.

    Hope that helps someone anyway.

Try a different browser. Chrome works for most.

You can only do 3 Peanut Lab surveys in a 24 hours period. It will reset at the timer 24 hours after you completed the first survey of the last 3 surveys.
