Not a happy bunny, spent 40 mins on holiday survey, complete 100% and then get error screen! no points awarded. Raised a ticket and got an apology and 20 SB's as a courtesy. Pleased with help service but not at wasting my time doing the survey.

Also running the Take A Discovery and keep getting the 'update your java' spam.....thus earning no SB's as it kicks me out grrrrrr.....

The same thing has happened to me. Was waiting on 3x £5 amazon, one from 26th July, 1st August & one I ordered last night (5th), all verified by email too as normal, refunded today. Don't get me wrong, I was surprised they hadn't asked me to do it, expected that when I first joined & expected to have to do it at some point, it's just the way they've done this that peeves me off, only applied for the latest £5 last night, could they not have got me when I went to do that, rather than verifying it then refunding?

Ho hum... I'll just keep swagging til my postcard comes.... Hopefully I'll have enough for a £25 agc by then
