grrrr did the tablet/computer survey, answered a lot of questions, took over 10 minutes then given 1 sb saying I didn't qualify...how is that right after so many questions?!!!!

For these I usually send in a ticket and they credit you for it.

They only credit the ones that were DQd after completion but from the sounds of it, this was a straight DQ before completion.

They do sometimes give courtesy SBs though if you send a ticket.

Never had them refuse any ticket yet, and I'm not talking about the ones where you get DQed after like 5 questions, but the ones where you actually spend a disproportionate amount of time on the survey.

Either way, is your post supposed to dissuade the previous poster from sending a ticket in, or to console them if they don't get credited?

If you look at the bottom right corner of the page, it says "How can we help you?" > Contact Support Agent > Surveys

Fill out the form. It helps a lot if you have the survey URL/screenshot etc.

I got DQ'ed from the 100 SB survey, but completed an 80 SB one on internet shopping instead, which has taken me over my second target for today already. :j

No...I was just saying that SB customer services won't give full survey reward for a disqualification but they often will if it is a DQ after a full survey completion.

Like you, I always get full reward for tickets I submit for any survey that seems to DQ after I've done the whole survey. It's so annoying when it happens.

But if I'm DQ after 10 minutes because I don't fit the criteria (ie. I haven't reached the end of the survey) if I ticket it just to complain about it being too long before DQ, more often than not the standard "Survey companies will DQ for a number of reasons etc" or I might get 5/10 courtesy bucks.

There is never any harm in anyone submitting tickets if they feel they have been taken advantage of.
