I don't. I used to but the chances of winning are small - some of these competitions stay open for months and cross multiple sites, so it's up to you. Personally, I might sign up but don't then keep entering stuff - it just leads to a lot more spam.

Re. the 'update your browser/player' message - do not click on it. I'm sure I've read forum posts saying it's some sort of malware or something. If you get that, close that tab or window and try again.

Don't worry unduly, but I'd suggest you run some scans to see if you've picked up anything on your computer. Start with whatever antivirus program you use. If you need more help, there will be lots more people about in a few hours.

There's a really good Daily Survey for the ladies. It was about hair curlers and they send you a paid of curlers to try for a week and then after you answer a follow up survey they send you £100 amazon voucher. I'm hoping this one pans out!
