Re: SBTV - If it hasn't credited instantly it hasn't worked i'm afraid. If you're having captchas coming up you have to do them pretty quickly once they come up or they don't work... I'd say within a minute.

Does everyone have to enter captchas for every SBTV credit now? it started happening for me when I was maxing it out everyday for a while and hasn't gone away. Haven't had the energy to bother to submit a ticket for it.

No, not those surveys, the question was about the Invited by Email surveys, which are issued by Swagbucks by a member of staff manually, usually a few days after completing them.


As for you waiting 6 weeks. I wouldn't if I were you. Send your ticket in after 2 days if you haven't received credit. You should be getting credits almost instantly for all of them. If not, then it sounds as though you are being DQ a lot.
The help section does say you can submit tickets after 48 hours.

SBTV has on and off periods with captchas. Sometimes you will get them every time for ages, then you might just get the odd one.

Technically they can, but only the very odd one now and then.

Do not accept the standard reply from customer services.
You should not be waiting 6 weeks for the majority of surveys. How can anyone ever fulfil a high daily target if they don't know whether the things they do will credit or not?

If I do the daily and it doesn't credit me, I am annoyed simply because I have used that time in order to gain 70SB towards my goal and if it doesn't credit, I then have to find time to make it up so, I write to CS and tell them how unhappy I am and I always ALWAYS get the credit that day.

So is mine. It is actually quite low compared to these last few weeks (101 on Sunday!), and I really expected something around the 120 mark because of the codes but if they want to be nice, who am I to complain? :rotfl:

Yep, Mine too. It's usually much higher than that.

Then I saw it was a code day and it seems even stranger that its so low.
