I can't tell you exactly but I believe it's something a long the lines of - you've already completed the surveys they have available through the same link (it's the gold surveys one listed with an asterisk where there's usually a few offered to you one after the other right?) or you've completed the survey(s) elsewhere on swagbucks (trusted/dashboard/PL - or as a 'homepage' survey - which is the same link to the same thing presented differently on the homepage) or there's just none available there that you qualify for and the screen they've programmed to come up isn't the right one!

It doesn't mean that you've done anything wrong, or that they think you have.

No, those aren't causing the issue.

It is probably something and nothing. Something like you have tried to do one of the surveys before and it DQd you but the site doesn't 'remember' that and so thinks you have done it before.

I wouldn't worry about it. These kinds of glitches do pop up from time to time.

You need a smartphone (or tablet depending on the app - it'll state), but if you click the link it'll allow you to send a download link via text or email (linked email address on email app for iphone for example) to your phone - download through the link.

If it is the latter, then I would ignore it. I don't look at those messages anymore as they always always want something up front such as a subscription or to pay x amount of Swagbucks.

If it's your personal email and it's talking about apps there is the distinct possibilty that it doesn't apply to UK users.

Thank you both. It was sent to my SB's inbox not my email. I access from laptop and tablet. Unfortunately this just will not link direct to the game it wants me to download so think I'm missing out on this one

Gonna be tough today - No PL , gold & my dashboard is still broke.
Hopefully i get a daily survey.
I'll reach target one but may leave target 2 tonight.
