I must say the customer services at Swagbucks have improved vastly! I've been putting in tickets for videos that have not credited from Super Rewards and they've been coming back and crediting me within 15 minutes. Maybe it's because there's not much they have to look back on and check with watching videos, but still, I'm very impressed.

+1 agree with you!! Always good to put a ticket in! You don't loose anything! I've already been credited everytime I haven't been credited for. And errors I have been getting they seem to give you courtesy bucks - so it's all good!

While we are on this topic, who is everyone's favourite customer service assistant? haha. I seem to like Amanda, she always credits me and give me a nice warm msg back!

There's an easy 35sb to be had on the main page. SB Offers Hyundai World Cup. You click through the link and it should ask you to enable location settings. Click yes and then continue to place a "pin" on the map with any message. I just did this and it credited instantly.
