I've had a couple of good email surveys these past few days which I've completed successfully, but have not yet been credited for. Is it normal for email surveys to be credited later than those done via the dashboard?

Mine usually credit about 24 hours later, although I personally have had at least two which haven't credited, so it's very worth writing down which ones you completed and when, so that you can chase them up if they don't credit. I think they say they will credit within five business days so probably have to give it fives days before putting a ticket in.

I have had one last week that hasn't credited, the ticket says wait 48 hours so I will be putting in a ticket when I'm less busy today....also my offer from ESPN fan site hasn't credited either and I filled in the survey profile as well last week+validation email.

The time can vary from within a few hours to up to a week. These ones are credited manually, you should hopefully have them within the next few days as they probably won't have been working over the weekend.

My head office is based in the US and we were told last week that because of the 4th of July weekend a lot of people would be out this week. That might also affect processing times. I'm also waiting for an e-mail survey to credit from Saturday.

I'd do it but the guy's taken to ignoring me a few months back, so there isn't much point...
