Radio Loyalty has been fine all day since about 10am, but now it keeps leaving the page and going to 'speed up your mac' spam page, so I'm losing out on my swag bucks. How does this stuff get into it?

This is what they do to newbies, I found it evened out after I'd been on the site a while and for months I didn't have to contact them. I've just had problems with this again and now I'm an established member, they seem to 'believe' me and credit my account instantly.

I don't understand it frankly! Maybe they feel I'm due some more courtesy bucks because I haven't used any in a while. But yeah, it sucks when they are like that with you. Sometimes it depends on who answers your query too. You have the option to submit bad feedback about the support you received and you are entitled to ask them to look at it again.
