Hoping someone can help me, My partner signed up to swagbucks through mse, after hitting the target needed he still hadnt received the extra swagbucks offered. After contacting the swagbuck help center they have said that they cant see the offer on his account and to reach out to the company offering this reward for further assistance. The company is obviously mse but i have no idea how to contact someone from mse about it? Can anyone offer any help? Thanks.
I used the Contact Us section of Swagbucks on 23rd June complaining I had not received either my Pin Verification number or my 1698 MSE points, I was within all the parameters outlined in the MSE offer.
Today 24th June I received a reply which only addressed the Pin verification, (you will get it in the mail within 10-14 days etc.) There was no mention regarding the outstanding points.
It looks like they may be reneging on any arrangement they had with MSE, which is pretty poor. I have replied to the e-mail saying, "thank you for the Pin info, but what about the MSE points ? "
Please advise of any MSE contact and info you get in case others need to complain to MSE, I reckon there may be quite a few of us.
I also tried reporting to SB`s PaymentWall (credit not received for surveys etc) answer:-

Hello,
We have verified with the Ad network and found no records of this offer's completion. Unfortunately we are unable to credit you in full. Please check out our other great offers to complete in order to receive necessary credits. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Pin Code card received today, (24/6), via Royal Mail, (posted LA 18/6 6 days ago), have entered and verified by e-mail and used to order £3 Amazon voucher.
Still no word on the missing 1698 MSE points.

That sort of question is usually included just to check you are reading and answering the questions properly rather that rushing through the survey.0 -

When on the homepage, put your search term in the box next to where it says 'Search and earn' in green at the top of the page or click on 'Search' on the blue bar at the top and put your search term in the search box.0 -

Those kinds of questions are there to ensure you are human and not a programmed bot taking the survey.
You will find a lot of them.
You will also find questions such as "We want to ensure we get a full idea of the way people think. Please select option 5 from the list below"
These questions are to make sure you are reading the survey properly and not just rushing through clicking randomly.0 -

Thanks, I just clicked on the link and clicked play. Then nothing I clicked on would work and there was nowhere to add any code. Still, I got my 20SB- instantly!Minimalist
