Saving favourites?

Hi all,
Apologies if this isn't the correct place to be asking this question but I'm not sure where else to ask?
Basically, there are several threads which I now read and contribute to on a regular basis and wondered if there is anyway to bookmark them aganst my profile?
I know I can create a bookmark in my browser but thought it would be handy to have like a favourites list somewhere so they are all in one place?
Further apologies if this sounds like a daft question but I'm only really starting to get into all of this
