Hi this is my first post :T
ive just been to my local asda and in every basket there was a quit smoking pack. you get 3 leaflets and 2 sample packs of niorette gum. one mint and one fruit flavour.

If you read the small print on the gum it will state it does not contain nicotine, and is just a "taste" sample....James thinks worrying is like a rocking chair, it gives you something to do, but it doesn't get you anywhere
