Has anyone got any experience of getting a refund on Theatre Tickets bought with 'Ticket Protection'? ? The general conditions to enable you to get a refund in full which are noted on the website 'securemybookin.com' are traffic problems, adverse weather & illness etc but it doesn't state if you need a doctor's certificate if you were citing ill heath, for example.
