Currys/PC World Gift Cards

Hi All,

Hopefully I've chosen the right place to ask this question.

I currently have some Currys gift cards, and unfortunately the item I was planning to spend them on is no longer available in store (only pay and collect or delivery)

I don't believe I can use these online (If I'm wrong let me know as this would be the easiest option), so my thought it to go to the store and order the item for store pickup and use my gift cards and then go back to the store when its arrived.

Has anyone tried this? Will be popping by this evening, just thought I'd see if people thought it was feasible/possible.

I tried this in October, what I wanted wasn't available in-store so I had no other option to get the store to order it online on my behalf and I paid as they were ordering it (ie before I had it).


Only issue was...they forgot to order my item! I has to wait to find out, was a complete waste of my time and no offer of compensation for messing up what was supposed to be my college course (I had ordered on time for the course) I didn't even get a real apology! I would suggest shopping elsewhere tbh.
