I have been invited for assessment and interview day for the role of Customer Host [First Great Western] please anyone give me any tips on how i can prepare myself.

What do the tests involve?I am prepared for another psychometric testing.

I would say english and maths test foremost, had a lot of it in assessments I've been to for customer service recently, if you are asked to write anything don't use text speech lingo, only the queen's proper English will do

I had psychometric testing a few weeks ago (they said I passed but I wasn't convinced!) but apparently all they were most concerned with was I able to write properly

It always amazing me what they put you through on an assessment/interview yet when you see the people that actually do the job you wonder there they scrapped them up from :rotfl:
