Anyone got a Abby mortgage ??

Hi we are in the middle of moving to a new house ,our new mortgage will be with Abby, fixed for 2 year at 2.14.
I know we can over pay by 10% a year but that's all I know.

Some questions I have ??

1, can I over online.?
2, can I see my mortgage balance online ?
3 , will my amount I over pay go down straight away or at the end of the month.?

4, can I over pay any amount or has it got a minimal amount of £500.

We currently have an Abbey mortgage. For us (may differ for you):

1. I can't overpay online that I'm aware of
2. I can't see our mortgage balance online
3. Overpayments take effect from when they're made (i.e. should be straight away as regards interest calculations)
4. We were told £500 was the minimum, others have suggested that you can pay less and get away with out, ours have all been £500+
