Cleaning Sofa/Chairs - Best Way?

Hello - we have got a set of dining chairs and also a sofa in the conservatory that could do with a bit of a clean. They are all white cotton and have tried Vanish cleaner but it tends to leave a water mark when drying

can you borrow/hire a carpet/upholsty cleaner? i have a vax and used mine on the chairs and my sofas and they come up great, i should imagin the rug doctors you can hire from homebase etc are doos for this sort of thingDFW nerd club number 039
