Mortgage calculation???

Hi, I've just put some numbers into the mortgage calculator on here and it all looks right apart from my interest rate which it says is c. -1200%. Could someone enlighten me please.

It does the same for me! Very odd. Trial and improvement indicates that your rate is about 2.8%.0
