:rotfl: I like this bit in the ts&cs:

Iv. The outer casing, nib, ballpoint and top of the pen must all be intact and not tampered with in any way and must not be chewed.

Who chews down on a ballpoint pen!

How's everyone getting on with this? I'm halfway down my ink so far (lost the first pen and had to start again !!)

Anyone who's yet to buy theirs, the last day is tomorrow!

The blurb on the advert says 97 exam papers, I assume that means sitting 97 exams.

I'm busy pushing my red pen across a lot of papers.......

Getting time to re-visit this offer...

My black bic has just (yesterday) got so low I can't see the ink now, but it just keeps on writing.

Still have receipt from January - and have just downloaded the claim form (https://biccristal.gopagoda.com/assets/img/Claim_form.pdf) on the assumption the pen must stop working sometime soon.

    I've been Money Tipped!
I just had my pen and the claim form sent back to me due to the damage my pen suffered when being handled in the post. Im just wondering if anyone here sent their one in a normal, not padded envelope, I m just really shocked by the state of the pen, it looks like someone broke it on purpose to avoid paing me the 10 pounds... very disappointed:mad:

Mine came back okay. Some others who sent them off just for sharp bits of plastic sent back. I just wrapped mine in bubble wrap and sent it in a normal envelope. The broken ones have since resent theirs.

    My cheque arrived today.

I sent the empty pen to them in a cut down padded envelope.

I got mine from ASDA today and the receipt just says "Pens" and it has the barcode that is on the promo Bic pack of 10 mixed colours printed next to it on the receipt (all except the last digit of the barcode for some odd reason).
So I mean there seems enough evidence since Bic print those barcodes on their packs, so surely if it's on the receipt then? (even though the last digit is missing for whatever reason)

Do you think Bic will refuse that?
