Discharged, kept my house...
As per previous posts, I found out from HM Land Registry what paperwork I need to free me and the property from the bankruptcy wrt to their records.
HMLR explained everything had changed now and a Court Order stating discharge isn't good enough I need to get something with x, y and z on now.
I've written to the CCourt twice now: the second time they said they understood what I required, I paid £60 and guess what.
They've given me specifically what the HMLR said wasn't good enough. The CC said it is good enough, the HMLR are wrong, the HMLR say the CC is wrong.
I'm caught in a game of blame tennis grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr it is so frustrating and I am no nearer sorting this out....
In other news, I got a new job, applied for a loan to get a car with the allowance and was succesful. Demand certaily outstrips supply for financial prodcuts at the moment....

Very confusing situation - tempted to think that the Right hand does not know what the Left hand is doing.
What papers did you get from HMLR?
Did the OR/Trustee vest any interest in your house?
Well done on the job front - and the Car.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
