large throws for tired sofas

Having just redecorated our living room, our rather ancient sofas look rather tired and worn.
Does anyone know where I can buy some quality looking large natural coloured throws that don't cost an arm and a leg? Not fleecey ones though because they wouldn't suit the room.
(Incidentally the dog is a creamy brindle colour with occasional brown dirty feet!)
Thanks.

Ikea have got some good ones, I got a very pale blue very big one the other week at a ridiculously low price (can't remember what I paid) they had other colours.:j0

If only we had an Ikea near us and they are not due to deliver to this area (South Hampshire) until next month. We are having a special dinner party this Saturday so am hoping to buy them this week. I saw those on the Ikea website and they look ideal.0

Try using bedpreads instead. THey are easier to come by in different sizes, colours, finishes, and prices. Many have matching small square pillowshams that can be used as cushion covers. And they are washable.0

Homebase have a lot of their home furnishings reduced at the mo, try there. I got a couple of nice cream throws recently for a snip (under a tenner).
Also, Home Bargains/Instore are great for these kind of simple furnishings. One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0
