Aberdeen's cowboy builders

We made the mistake of hiring KMS Construction ltd (in Aberdeen) to do this job and Michael Skoczykloda (owner of the company) is a proper cowboy builder.
He realised this job is too complex/big for him so he has abandoned it leaving behind a proper mess. Since he left, we have been gathering statements from a qualified electrician, plumber, roofer and general builder to prove in court that he had put our lives and business at risk through his very poor workmanship.
Just to give you few examples:
-the emergency exit lights were put on the same circuit as the normal lights
-Several cable runs had to be taken out and new cable re run because the cables were drawn through holes in the joist that was far too small for the amount of cables in there. This resulted in friction damage leaving bare copper showing. This would fail an insulation resistance test, which is required by law when signing off electrical work.
-Also too few lighting circuits have been installed, you cannot run all the commercial lights on so few circuits.
-the flat roof started leaking immediately after being replaced, etc. More evidence will be shown in court.
Michael has also used our address to receive cheques from other clients (without our permission) and he has been very rude towards us and other tradesmen visiting our premises.

maybe you should have checked here first, limited co for just over a year, while that in itself means nothing I would be asking where the advertised 10 yrs experience comes from before employing a co on such a large scale project
