P60, tax return and NI

in Cutting tax
Hi, I'm doing a tax return for the first time and trying to understand what to input on the 'Tax taken off' section. Do you include income tax for the year from my p60 plus my NI contributions total? These are both separate on my p60. Or do I just include income tax paid?
