I have finally got fed up waiting for the impossible. ie buying my own house. So we have decided to see if we can afford a shared ownership property.
Price is only 60 000 for a 60% share of this type of property, and I earn 21 500 Plus my wife earns 6000. Please tell me I can afford a mortgage for this. And who does them? Most websites have little or no info about this type of mortgage!
I am fed up with renting and would like a place of my own!
Oh but I have no deposit!
Please help
