Have I been "Santa Scammed"? Has this happened to anyone else?

I'm wondering if this has happened to anyone else. I paid through PAYPAL for a Santa letter for my little Grandson (age 2). The payment went through and i received a receipt stating the letter would be sent 11th Dec. The company, online, is Official-Santa-Letters.co.uk and the cost was £4.99. The letter never turned up and i have contacted them twice with no response. They have no address details (stupid me but the web page looks authentic) and only an online contact form. Its not even the money - its the thought that someone, somewhere is evil enough to disappoint little kids at Christmas to make money.

I would dispute it with whoever you can, as the powers that be may be able to look into it further and if it is a scam hopefully they will catch them, as the website will be registered to someone and hopefully they can source an address. They might have made thousands by scamming people so could be in trouble for many things.0
