    Hi again,
I am on the electoral role. My mortgage term has 23 years left and I am 36.
    Fingers crossed!
But how many years income are you borrowing? Divide the amount you are borrowing by your annual gross income. (It is fairly obvious that you are 36!)
You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'
  • I am borrowing 1.5 years income for the mortgage. Didn't know this was a factor in calculations. Interesting.

Thanks again for answering my questions.... even in the face of me stating the obvious!!!

Mortgage lending of 1.5 times income is quite low, so you should not have a problem with underwriting. If you do, another lender will be there to take your business,
