Help-accidentally refrigerated cook from frozen party food

Hello-I bought some frozen filo prawns and vegetable spring rolls, which are cook from frozen and say to not defrost.....and I stupidly put them in the fridge :(. Will they be ok to cook and eat still (adjusting the cooking time/temp) or do I need to throw away? I bought them yesterday.

Thank you, pink wellies

It wouldn't stop me using them tomorrow! Just cook for a little less time, or at a slightly lower temperature.

they will be ok - possibly wont taste exactly like cooking from frozen - but I would put them in at a slightly higher temperature. reason being, that they are already defrosted so don't need cooking for so long, therefore you can raise the temperature to brown/crisp them as if they were fresh.

I agree with M - cook at higher temp for less time.

You are welcome! have a great party! just don't go by the timings on the packet if the food is defrosted - check it halfway through!
