thanx for all comments. OYL is not around here anymore but i will pass the suggestions onto her. i dont think she knows people are still replying to this thread
i think she is looking at selby now, cos prices in york are crazy.
renting also looks pricey, or at the other end of the scale they are student ghettos!!
