New Findmypast code for 30 credits XMAS13 for existing accounts

The code can be entered on the Subscribe page after you have logged in (link to this is top right, next to Sign Out). Credits valid for 6 months I think - though 30 isn't many and will be used quickly if you call up detailed records after a search!
