My 12 year old is saving up for an Ipad / Ipad mini, I'd love to be able to afford her one, she is doing extra house chores for the odd £2 and so far with Xmas and birthday has a whopping £105 - I'd love to win one for her! My friends think it's cruel that I would actually take the £105 off her in exchange for one if I did win, but I'm trying to teach her the values of money and spending so I think it's fair!

I've never won anything in a competition so top of my list would be a win of any kind! done - first prize (a book) received 15/01/14

If I'm being fussy, though, I would like:

• a holiday somewhere in the UK that I could give to my sister and her partner - my sister has spent most of the last couple of months in hospital and I'd love to give them something to partly make up for the fact they missed Christmas
• a holiday to Garda in Italy for me and my sister - it's her favourite place in the whole world
• a holiday for me - Scotland would be nice, but anywhere would do
• a new mobile phone, as mine's playing up and isn't due for an upgrade until the end of the year
• a laptop / tablet computer / desktop computer, as my computer is playing up (I don't have much luck with electronic things! )
• a capsule coffee machine - I fell in love with one on holiday last year but can't justify buying one for myself
• posh soap stuff, which I love but again can't really justify buying for myself
• a food hamper - something I've always wanted but no-one has ever got for me
• wine :beer:
• a cosy bed for my new cat
• jewellery, particularly earrings
• and of course cash and vouchers are always welcome!

I hope everyone gets at least something from their list this year!

I'm easily pleased for years now I've tried to get my hands on Goodwood festival of speed tickets with no luck so that is the only thing I really want to win this year here's hoping this year is my lucky year
