My 8 yr old boy hates mint or anything remotely minty. I have to force him to clean his teeth because he hates the taste so much. I have tried quite a few different brands of toothpaste, but they are all minty! Can anyone let me know if there is a toothpaste out there that isn't minty to save me trying every single brand there is?! The rest of the family is having to use up the toothpastes he doesn't like and we have loads to get through!!
Thanks

Have you tried the weleda ones? There are different herbal ones and I used to like the salt one
Encourages you not to swallow it! You get them in health food shops.

there's punch and judy toothpaste in orange and strawberry flavours.
it is quite expensive (£1.45 for a 50ml tube) though but i think you can get it in most chemists
You used to be able to get a clove flavoured toothpaste but that may not go down well with an 8 year old
or there's Euthymol which is pink and tastes like Germoline (so would put a child off brushing for lifeDebt of £6300 cleared in 5 years, now ZERO0 -

My son hates mint as well.
I use the Superdrug one in a strawberry flavour - which does not contan fluride.
He then uses Reach Junior mouthwash that contains fluride and is in a bubble gum flavourTreat everyday as your last one on earth! and one day you will be right.0 -
Boots do an own brand one called SMILE - it's supposedly apple flavour - my youngest doesn't like mint either.0
