Morning. Firstly Merry Christmas, secondly I have been a complete idiot I think. I baked homemade sausage rolls yesterday afternoon, let them cool and then packed them away into a tin intending to reheat tonight for nibbles.
Came down this morning and I'd only flipping forgotten to put the tin in the fridge.....I'm guessing if I reheat them tonight I might kill off my nearest and dearest. Kitchen temperature is approx 20.5 centigrade.
Advise please.

I think you'll be fine.
I've left things out overnight and never had any problems.
Was your kitchen really that warm all night ?0 -
Loo What do you think happened before everyone had a fridge?
I survived my first 20 years without a fridge. If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.0 -
