It says my voucher balance is £4 but when I click buy MP3 album, it doesn't apply any discount and the full total is being shown. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Have you gone all the way thorough? It might not show until later in the checkout process.
Amazon is good in that it tell you when you can and can't cancel.
