SA said it was much quicker with the printouts, she could just override the prices, rather than look everything up separately on the system.
HTH.
I got told they wouldn't honour the price because all stock is subject to price change etc.Been married since 14th September 20130 -
I got told they wouldn't honour the price because all stock is subject to price change etc.
When it's happened in the past to me I rang the customer service people who told me to provide the print out of the reservation and if any problems get the shop to ring them to sort it out.
When I got to the shop, they pretty much did everything to tell me I was making things up but I insisted they either get the manager to sort it or call CS. They rang the CS team and 15 mins later I was on the way home with my things - would not have pushed it, but it was something that had come down by about 70% for a week or two then jumped up in price. No way was I paying full price and I had already promised a certain child as a reward for doing really well at something."This is a forum - not a support group. You reserve the item, not the price. It does state this when you reserve the items!
T+Cs - a) For products reserved online for store pick up or any other reservation service the price you pay is the price in store on the day of collection
In my store we do honour these price changes, but please bare in mind - were doing you a favour, it is not a right.:wave:0 -
