We have just had an awful experience with London and Country and absolutely do not recommend. I think they should be avoided at all costs.
Why does the broker need to be in Northern Ireland? Many will work via post. I recommend GMS from this forum goldsmithmortgages.co.uk who is an extremely knowlegeable and thorough broker. I have also had good interactions and advice from ACG.0 -
There are plenty of posts on here from borrowers who have used the major national brokers.

I don't think the service I received from London & Country was that amazing. Two 10 minute calls, and we've got you an AIP with ING Direct. Did not really feel like I received a personal service. The person at the local mortgage broker (recommended by the developer) who got me my mortgage for my new build was really good!0
